National Cadet Corps

The 31/5 Coy NCC was established in 1964 and is one of the oldest and most distinguished NCC companies under the 5(T) Battalion NCC, functioning under the Hyderabad Group, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Directorate. Since its inception, the company has been committed to developing discipline, leadership, patriotism, and character among the youth through the ideals of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

As an Army Wing unit, 31/5 Coy NCC provides cadets with opportunities for personality development, leadership training, social service, adventure activities, and national integration programmes. The company has an authorized cadet strength of 160 cadets, actively participating in institutional training, camps, community development activities, and national-level NCC events.

Over the decades, 31/5 Coy NCC has built a proud legacy of excellence, producing disciplined and responsible citizens who contribute positively to society and the nation. Guided by the NCC motto “Unity and Discipline,” the company continues to inspire young cadets to serve the nation with dedication, courage, and commitment.
